While in the North Fork, we decided to make our own happy hour on the front porch of our B&B.  After putting together a cheese plate at Cavaniola’s, we stopped by Claudio’s Wine Shop.  We chose a local wine from Osprey’s Dominion, the Regina Maris Chardonnay.  It was the perfect compliment to our triple cream cheese and fresh baguette!  The wine was creamy with just the slightest hint of oak, but not at all overwhelming.  It was extremely well balanced from start to finish.  I would highly recommend this wine as an easy option for sipping and a bargain at $13!
