Throughout the summer, I’ve had the opportunity to sample some of the best seafood that the East End has to offer.  Lobster rolls included.  Lobster in general is a new thing for me, but as soon as I took my first bite of the buttery goodness, I was a changed woman!

I’ve sampled the lobster rolls at Lunch in Montauk, Cyril’s Fish House, Claws on Wheels, and the Clam Bar.  I have to say, Clam bar was my favorite.  The perfect blend of not too much mayonnaise, and huge chunks of sweet juicy lobster on a buttery roll, mmm perfection!  I think this trend might just have to continue past the summer and into the City-Luke’s I’m coming for you!
