Amazing bread pudding of sorts with prosciutto at Tonton. We took our bottle to go down the street to finish at Caves Madeleine.
I fell in love with another cheese shop. Who can resist bacon wrapped cheese?!?! Such a great idea, wrap a strip of bacon around a slice of goat cheese and pan fry until the bacon crisps up!
My favorite cheese of the trip might have been this regional Gabarre….so tasty!
